Bremer Way Condominiums, June 13, 2024 - At 7 PM on Thursday, residents of the Bremer Way Condominiums gathered to discuss crucial issues and share information from the recent Board meeting where Board members selected a new management company. Moderated by resident Duane, the meeting aimed to include homeowners who could not attend the earlier 9 AM meeting on Monday. The primary focus was on the upcoming transition to the new management company, Sharper Management, set to begin on July 16.

The meeting stressed the importance of respect and civility, encouraging residents to ask questions and propose solutions to the Board and management. It was also clarified that July HOA dues should be paid to the current management company, MGM.

Duane also introduced a draft survey aimed at collecting homeowner feedback on Sharper Management. Proposed to be conducted semiannually or as frequently as homeowners desire, the survey is designed to enhance community spirit and address concerns. The survey will evaluate aspects such as professional service, technology use, timely management, customer service, billing, maintenance costs, transparency, HOA fees, and communication issues.

The gathering facilitated open communication among residents, providing a platform for voicing concerns and suggestions about the management transition. The proposed survey is expected to play a crucial role in ensuring continuous homeowner feedback, promoting a more responsive and efficient management process.
