• Motion by Kristi to accept the previous meeting minutes. Seconded by Doug. Outcome: Unanimous approval.

• Annual Hospitality Committee Budget: Motion to request Board of Directors' approval for an annual Hospitality Committee budget of $500. Motion by Doug. Seconded by Bradley. Outcome: Unanimous approval.
• Resident Free Item Exchange: Motion to request Board of Directors' approval for an exchange of free items between residents, supervised by the Hospitality Committee by Doug. Seconded by Joel. Outcome: Unanimous approval.

• The next Hospitality Committee meeting is scheduled for September 19, 2024, at 7:00 PM.
